Queen Elizabeth National Park is the second largest national park, with Close to 100 species of mammals and about 606 types of birds dwelling within. Schools of hippos, crocodiles, African elephants, tree-climbing lions among others will fulfill your African safari dream. This park also has spectacular sceneries including Crater Lakes Kazinga Channel and rolling savannah plains overlooking the snowcapped Ruwenzori Mountain ranges. We take you on a three days safari to marvel with nature.

Day 1: Arrival

Wake up early to transfer to Queen Elizabeth national Park, we shall cover a distance of over 392.9 kilometers in kasese town south western Uganda. Our guide will drive you through the Masaka Mbarara road and you will make a stopover at the Equator for a photo moment and equator experience before proceeding to Mbarara town where you will have a hot lunch at Igongo cultural center.

Here you will also have a sneak history of the Bunyoro and Ankore culture and a view of the Eclipse monument before driving straight to Kikorongo safari lodge where you shall spend the night. We shall have drinking water in the car while travelling.

Day 2

An early rise will reward us fruitfully for our morning game drive through the national park. We stand higher chances of seeing the big cats that feed at night resting near there kill, we are talking lions, leopards which hunt at night and rest during day. We also stand chances of seeing the hyenas that await the remains of the cat’s kills, vultures, and savanna inhabitants like hippos, elephants, lots of different species of antelopes including their old meting ground, crocodiles and lots more of birds. Later we shall have a bush lunch before heading out for our afternoon boat cruise on the kazinga channel.

Here we stand chances of seeing lots of animals along the water banks cooling off the sun with some fresh water, some including crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and birds like African Fish Eagles, Pelicans, Cormorants and lots more. Thereafter, our guide will take us through a game drive as we head back to the lodge for some relaxing and campfire experience later that evening on dinner time.

Day 3

We shall have an early rise and embark on our journey to Entebbe through Fort portal town, the tourism city. Here you will be blessed to see the Batoro cultural grounds and how the people here live, the Toro King’s Palace and in fact we shall have our lunch in fort portal town before setting off for Entebbe town where we shall end our tour.
